Our program involves engaging your employees on energy efficiency in their homes and in the workplace. It’s simple, quick, and we have done all the work for you.
Simple and Effective Program
A turnkey offering that requires little cost and effort.
Our Green Homes Partnership program consists of 4 steps:
Engage
By partnering with your company, we will actively engage your employees on how to save energy and money through a coordinated outreach program that includes lunch talks and an email campaign.
Implement
We offer your employees a full service offering of weatherization and green home improvement services, saving them significant money, energy, and time. We take care of engagement, questions, scheduling, and follow-up – all we need is your seal of approval. By leveraging utility subsidies, this service comes at little or no cost to your employees. Where there is cost, your company may choose one of several financing options to boost participation among your employee base.
Motivate
An interactive home assessment and coordinated outreach, educate and motivate employees to take 2-3 high-impact actions to further reduce home energy waste.
Track
We capture, aggregate, and summarize the dollar and carbon savings for employees whom we serve so that you can see your cumulative impact.
We can integrate our Green Homes Partnership program with existing sustainability initiatives in your company or have it stand alone – whatever works best for your company.

Significant Benefits
Three main benefits
A green home initiative at your company can serve to benefit both employees and the company, not to mention local communities and the planet.
Employee goodwill
Employees can potentially hundreds of dollars annually by make several easy improvements, many of which are of little or no cost. The net result is a noticeable drop in monthly energy bills for little out-of-pocket expense.
Community goodwill
Weatherization work, especially on a large scale, has a real and lasting impact on a community, both from an economic and a climate perspective. We quantify and aggregate your dollar savings and carbon reduction data, so you can share it with community stakeholders.
Employee health
Fewer sick days means higher productivity. Weatherizing a home appropriately decreases air drafts, resulting in fewer allergens entering the home. Additionally, our audit may identify mold and moisture issues, carbon monoxide issues, and other potential health risks, which we document clearly in our report for your employees. We can handle the remediation for any issues that we find to ensure your employees are living in a safe and efficient home.
