Joe is currently working on the development of the New Hampshire and Maine markets for Next Step Living. Joe’s background consists of ten years serving in the U.S. Air Force as a Civil Engineer, five years as a Building Engineer for Bay Management in Boston, five years as an international Project Manager for DKH, and almost ten years operating his own property inspection firm, where he became a leader in that industry by serving as President of the Northern New England Chapter of ASHI, and the principal author of the NH licensing act. Among a list of certifications and licenses, Joe is a HERS rater, a BPI Building Analyst and a BPI Multi-Family Analyst.
