Adam Hirsch leads Next Step Living’s efforts to cultivate and nurture long lasting relationships with leading progressive institutions seeking to expand their green activity and reduce their extended institutional carbon footprint. To date, Adam has established mutually beneficial partnerships with venerable institutions such as Massachusetts Audubon Society, Staples, MathWorks, Genzyme and Akamai.
Adam brings to NSL almost 20 years of sales, sales strategy and marketing expertise leading growth initiatives for blue chip companies such as Fidelity Investments and Monster Worldwide, and growing burgeoning businesses such as Stax Inc. and Internet Securities. Prior to NSL, Adam served in a sales strategy management role within Fidelity’s National Sales Group, and led sales force improvement initiatives that touched and positively impacted the sales efforts of the 2,000 person retail sales division, and increased the annual top-line by over $1.2 billion.
Beyond helping companies grow, Adam tries really hard to assist his wife in preventing their three young children from completely dismantling their home. When successful, he enjoys outdoor activities with his young family, and coaching soccer and t-ball in the West Roxbury Parkway program. Adam lives in Boston and is a native of Massachusetts.
